Wastewise is a registered charity located in Georgetown, Ontario and proudly serves Halton Hills and surrounding area.

Operating since 1991, this community-based initiative offers education programs and recycling opportunities and generates revenue through the sale of used goods.

On the surface, Wastewise is a place where people socialize, browse, tinker, and go the extra distance to 'do their part'. However, as a common link to all sectors, Wastewise is much more. The center is exemplary of sustainable community economic development and front end approaches to managing waste.
